Update Bankruptcy Screen in Collections Agents Responsibitly

Hi

Our 'Update Bankruptcy Screen' in Collections Agents responsibitly the terminology is all American (please see screenshot below), and totally irrelevant to UK Insolvency issues. Can this be changed to  UK Insolvency rules. If not is it possible to blank the fields out so they are not visible and therefore not confuse users. WE do want to use the Bankrupty function though so don't want to get rid of this totally
