Hello,

We have a unique situation. First CrystalCheck process type is not identied as one of the process types one could run on PSNT as delivered by Oracle. We have to add that type to make it work.

Secondly, we are trying to run paycycle and print checks for payment but the output PDF is creating blanks except for Oracle logo and bunch of lines. Its works fine in DEMO environment. Any idea if there is any special configuration we need to do for making this work?
