For starters, I must explain that I am new to Oracle IAM with zero background in it's administration.  My manager asked me to provide a list of all product, including version numbers that are installed in our IAM environment.  I'm not sure how or where to find this information.  Our organization is new to IAM and we have not yet released a production environment but are working towards that.  Our current environment was set up by consultants but they are not around to answer this question.  Where do I start?  I know we have Oracle IAM 11gR2 product.  After that
