PeopleSoft Test Framework PT8.53 - Can PTF 8.51 Test be ran in PTF 8.53 with little change?

A couple of questions:We are in the process of transitioning from PT8.51 to PT8.53...  We create PTF tests in PT8.51 and are in the process of testing these tests in PTF 8.53...

-Can these be ran with little or no change?
-What are the major issues in the PTF 8.53 that I should be aware of??
-Is there any configuration options\run options that would affect how my tests run?
