PeopleBooks Search problem: No Topics found!, Query syntax error!

I have a problem with PeopleBooks search on PeopleTools 8.49.33

PeopleBooks search does not return any results and gives error: No Topics found!, Query syntax error!
I found solution in knowledge base:

Please implement the following instruction steps in a test environment:

1. Uninstall existing PeopleBooks install.
2. Install the following PeopleBooks in the order indicated.
* Installing the PeopleBooks CD (D:\psoft\hcm\hcm90\setup\PsMpPIAInstall\setup.exe)
* Install PeopleBooks PeopleTools 8.49 eng
* Install PeopleBooks HRMS 9.0 rev 1
* Install PeopleBooks HRMS 9.0 Dutch
* Install PeopleBooks HRMS 9.0 German

How can I uninstall existing PeopleBooks?
