Unable to install Java SM on windows

Hi - I am trying to install the JAVA SM on my windows desktop in order to remotely make authorization calls to central OES server.
I have installed java in c:, set java path and ran the configure command but getting error "/IBM/websphere was not expected at this time". Please help.
