Issues with IEXRCALL

Hello, I am trying to get up to speed with Collections after a very long gap.

I have a couple of issue when calling up the Collections form.

Broadly these are:

a) FRM-40202 error

b) Amount Overdue overstated by a Factor of 4

I will add some screenshots to illustrate the issue

Aplogies if these have been answered elsewhere; I could not, easliy see the answer
