PeopleSoft Test Framework Issues

After configuring and installing the Peoplsoft Test Framework client ( no problem)

then login (no problem)

The main PTF window displays

After this i go to the databasename in the upper right hand corner (@somedb)
create execution options  (no problem)

create and name the new test

click record
then brought to the oracles login

now this is where the problem occurs
 
while I am recording  and the log in page is displayed in internet explorer
it takes an extremely long time to type my username and password

also when typing my password the special character cannot be entered
