Guideance on the upgrade process From PeopleSoft FSCM 8.9 to 9.1 and Peopletools 8.49 to 8.51

Hi Friends,

Now we are planing for Application upgrde from FSCM 8.9 to FSCM 9.1 FP2.

We went through upgrade home page and observed that on below doc ID.
"PeopleSoft Financials/Supply Chain Management 8.9 to 9.1 Feature Pack 2 Upgrade Home Page (Doc ID 1392974.1)"

There are templets available specific to PeopleTools 8.52 and PeopleTools 8.53.

and in another Doc ID "PeopleSoft Enterprise Financials/Supply Chain Management 8.9 to 9.1 Upgrade Home Page (Doc ID 965832.1)" Templets available but it doesn't points to any of the Tools version.

My concern is Can we go ahead with FSCM 9.1 FP2 Application Upgrade Templet?
If not can you please provide us FSCM 8.9 to 9.1 FP2 application upgrade templet for peopletools 8.51.
