How to install/create HCM 9.2 DEMO database

We are using Oracle RAC, so I have followed the PeopleTools 8.53 Installtion for Oracle document to install PeopleTools 8.53 and 8.53.08 patch with the database option. 

I belive this generates all the scripts for our DBAs to use to create an empty tools 8.53.08 Oracle database (following chapeters 6B creating a Database on Unix and Chapter, completing the Database setup.

I have read "PeopleSoft Human Capital Management 9.2 Installation" doc, and "PeopleSoft Human Capital Management 9.2 Hardware and Software requirements".

I have then downloaded from edelivery, PeopleSoft Human Capital Management 9.2 V36837-01

I have tried installing this, which gives me 3 directories:

- data

-Scripts

- setup

I must be missing some documentation or something, but I can't find a description of how to go about getting the demo data and records into the demo database for HCM 9.2.
