Facing issue while uploading PUM image

Hi All,
Today I installed PUM on mahine and configured CA without any issue,  but when CA started uploading image in PUM at that time got an error -

java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: com.peoplesoft.pt.changeassistant.selectivepatching.SpJni.GetPTIATGTUPD()  Lcom/peoplesoft/pt/changeassistant/selectivepatching/PtiaTargetUpdates;

please guide me how to fix this error ?
