Enable Post LDAP Sync

We are attempting to enable LDAP Sync after configuring OIM/OAMWe are using ODSEE and used these settings during the install

I have found two ref to the steps to complete this action for ODSEE

Integration Guide for OIM 11gR2-E27123-07 Sec 3
OFM Install Guide for OIM/OAM 11gR2 E27301-04 Sec 5.7.5

E27301-04 says:
 Load  the sunOneSchema.ldif
Load the OAM schema's
enable MODDN
enable Changelog

E27123-07 says:
Export db/"ldapfiles" from MDS to tmp dir
Copy LDAPcontainerrules.xml to the tmp/db dir
Copy eventhandler.xml file to the ldapMetadata as a sub directory of tmp/db
