PT 8.54 and Crystal Reports

It sounds like PeopleTools will continue to certify Crystal Reports going forward (licensing discussions aside), but will PeopleSoft Configuration Manager continue to install the necessary DLLs so that a Crystal Reports Windows client can connect to a PeopleSoft application server (3-tier), as it has done in the past in "Install Workstation"?  Of course, we are mostly interested in PeopleTools versions 8.53/8.54.
