OIM 11g R2 --Need to know

Hi,

I am developing all the below mentioned steps from the scratch,None of the configuration is done in any of the IDM components.Plese provide document from the beginning for all the modules(Need step by step procedure)

We are planning to deploy OIM 11g R2 and i would like to

1.EBS Employee Reconcilation Connector 9.1.0.7 will support 11g R2.(Have to reconcile users from EBS to OIM)
If possible please provide the documentation link.

2.After Reconcilation users from EBS to OIM,I have to push users from OIM to OID via OVD which is LDAP SYNC (Only users).
Is it possible to integrate OIM11g r2 - OID via OID? If possible please provide the Documentation link.
