SSO Login fails with X509CertExpiredErr

SSO is failing in 10g OID environment (I know... we have a plan in place to upgrade but it will take some time) adn sso just quit working. It has been running fine since September when the cert was replaced and then we simply started getting calls from users stating that they could not log into E-Business because of an "Internal Error" when trying to log in. I varified the issue and tried to log in to oiddas and received the same error. The error from the sso log is:

[Root exception is java.io.IOException: javax.net.ssl.SSLException: SSL handshake failed: X509CertExpiredErr]
