Workflow Builder installation on Windows 2008 server

I have reivewed following notes but there is nothing pointed to Windows 2008.
Recommended Set Up for Client/Server Products with Oracle E-Business Suite 11i & R12 (Doc ID 277535.1)
11i - 12 How To Download and Install the Latest Oracle Workflow Builder (Client Tool) and XML Gateway Message Designer for E-Business (Doc ID 261028.1)

As far as I know, Workflow Builder can not be installed on a server Operating System but  WTS2000 or WTS2003 is supported(has been tested) as per "Deploying Workflow Builder Client on a Server" section in Note 277535.1.

So I am confused that whether Windows 2008 is supported for workflow builder or not.
