PeopleSoft Test Framework does it work with Portal?

we are on PeopleTools 8.53, with CS 9.0 and also PeopleSoft Portal 9.0
I created a test from our Portal that accesses our CS instance component updates and saves it.

The problem is when I run the test after, I keep getting a security violation on the component even though it uses same ID and password.

When I created the test in our CS instance it recorded and ran just fine.

So, I wondered if the PTF was designed to run with Portal 9.0
