Issue with AR – Apply payment build button– Intermittent failure to build.

Hi All,
We are facing issue with AR – Apply payment build button. On clicking Build Button on Create work sheet page, its not transferring to 'Payment Worksheet Application' page in single hit. But this issue is not coming on each transaction. 
Does anyone faced this issue any time???
