Display All box on Tasks Tab in Collections Screen

Hi

Our Users want the 'Display All box' on Tasks Tab in the Collections Screen ticked as the default .  At the moment we have it as unticked as the default and if they want it ticked they have to manually do that.  I have looked through the Advanced Collections Implementation guide and cannot find a setting or profile that would allow this box to be ticked as default, can you advise how to do this.
