Sorry about this. I think the resolution to this is probably easy but I just can't make the link ....

I can create Collectors via Rec Mgr/Setup/Collections/Collectors

&

Having read the Advanced Collections docs I have been through the HR/CRM Adminstrator and set up as advised

But I just can't make the link between the 2

I can see the former in in Customers/Standard/Account/Account Sites/Profile

I can see the latter in Collections Admin/Administration/Ownership

The 2 just don't seem to overlap in any way

Sorry, I am sure this is really easy but I am baffled.
