Hi OIMers,
We are interested in your perception of the Remote Diagnostic Agent (RDA), specifically for OIM.

Have you heard about it? Used it?
Do you know what kinds of information it can collect? Is there some information that you'd like to have it collect to help you with your troubleshooting?
Are there things about it you'd like to see improved to make it more usable?
