ESSO Anywhere deployment in end-user system fails with 'Oracle ESSO Anywhere has stopped working' er

All,

I created ESSO Anywhere deployment package for ESSO LM (11.1.2.1) in Windows Server 2008 R2.

Im trying to login as end-user to another windows server 2008 R2 system and hit 'http://xyz.com/ESSOAnywhere'.

The application is getting downloaded, but while the application is trying to configure ESSO LM, following error is thrown:
