Unable to Launch RIB

Dear Support,

Kindly add note to the following:

RIB installation is done successfully  and unable to launch the RIB GUI. We are using RIB13.2.5 version

Following error is thrown in Eway log:

Caused by: javax.ejb.EJBException: Unexpected exception in com.retek.rib.app.getnext.impl.GetNextPublisherEjb.getNextAndPublishMessages:
com.retek.rib.binding.exception.PublishException: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: weblogic/utils/wrapper/Wrapper
        at com.retek.rib.app.getnext.impl.GetNextPublisherEjb.getNextAndPublishMessages(GetNextPublisherEjb.java:202)
     
  Caused by: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: weblogic/utils/wrapper/Wrapper
