HP PPM versus Quest STAT

Hello,

We are looking at implementing a version control and packaging solution for code migrations across environments and would like to consider HP PPM (ITG) or Quest STAT (or any other tool). Can anyone share the pros and cons of both these tools (including cost) that might help us in making a decision?
