Client Workstation Installation - Issue , PT 8.49

Hi,

We have Fileserver installed for Peopletools 8.49 on one of the server. I have mapped (z:\fileserver\$HOME) home directory of the fileserver to the other server where i can have Clinet Setup. After completing with all profile information in configuration manager, when i try to install workstation on remote machine, at the end i can see "Workstation Installation Complete" message but can not see shortcuts for 'Peoplesoft 8' in the start menu on the remote machine. Both machine has windows 2008 R2. Is OS the problem now? Before we had Window server 2003 on both machines and we did not have any
