svc:/network/shell/tcp:default and svc:/network/shell/tcp6:default in maintenance mode

I have 3 Oracle M4000 servers on Oracle Solaris 10 9/10 s10s_u9wos_14a SPARC  version Generic_148888-05, all running a small number of non-global zones.

I applied the latest recommended patch set at the beginning of this month to all 3 servers, using the same method.

I listed the service states on all 3 servers and have noticed that on just one of the global zones there are 2 services in maintenance mode which I have not noticed before :

svc:/network/shell/tcp:default

svc:/network/shell/tcp6:default

 svcs -x
svc:/network/shell/tcp:default (shell)
 State: maintenance since  5 October 2013 15:33:35 BST
Reason: Restarter svc:/network/inetd:default gave no explanation.
