What is the minimum and maximum memory requirements for Oracle Single Sign on 10.1.4.3?

We are running Oracle Single sign on 10.1.4.3 with Total memory 3.3G.

However we are very frequently observing that with in a span of 7-10 days, the free memory is dropping down to 30MB.

This is very alarming as this is a PROD environment.

We are thinking of increasing the total memory. Hence wanted to find out the min and max memory requirements for Oracle Single sign on 10.1.4.3. We also have OIDDAS in the same installation.
