IE 10 - Control-J in PeopleSoft Pages not working

We are using FMS9.1\PT8.51 and testing with FMS9.1\PT8.53...

When in either of these environments and using IE 10 then doing a Ctrl-J we get a list of downloaded items rather than displaying PeopleSoft page information... 

Is this a known issue?

Is there a workaround for this?  Can we turn a default hot-key etc to fix?
