Unknow refID - OIF integration with googleapps

OIF - 11.1.1.6
OAM - 11.1.2

OIF is Identity Provider
Googleapps is SP.
I have OIF and OAM in different domains and MW home as they are different versions. 
I have OIF installed and I am trying to integrate it with googleapps. 

I have OHS and webgate that sits between outside and my site. I have reverseproxy set for OIF. 
When I type mail.google.com/a/<myapp.com>, it forwards me to <my_host>:14100/oam/server/obrareq.cgi as webgate is protecting everything.

When I enter the correct credentials, I see

Error 500 -- Internal Server Error
From RFC 2068 Hypertext Transfer Protocol -- HTTP/1.1
