Pivot Grid Pagelet

The last step for creating Pivot Grid Pagelet is the publishing page (Specify Publishing Options). If "Embeddable Pagelet" option is used, how does the system process this option?

2) Can this pagelet be used on PeopleSoft portal? If so, can the pivot be restricted to certain users via security?

Version - 9.2, Module - HCM

Please advise.
