POI Type and Talent Pool (Succession Planning)

I am unable to add a custom POI type person to Talent Pool. Here are the steps:

1) Created a new POI Type -0012 (Record for POI Transaction used was standard PER_POI_TRANS)

2) Created a new Person with POI Relationship of 0012

3) Updated Security by Permission List for HCDPALL for 009 Security Set

4) Ran all the 3 security processes

5) Able to see the person in Modify Person and Person Organization Summary pages

6) When PS_PER_PRG_ASGN was queried using PS/Query, results do not show this person with new POI type

7) On Talent Pool Page of Succession Plan, when clicked on "Add Employee", the search does not bring up this new POI type {Component - HR_TPOOL, Menu - PLAN_SUCCESSIONS_(GBL)}
