Graphical Pagelets are not working/ Can no save favorites

Hello,

Our graphical pagelets are not working.  It shows a red "X" on the screen (see attached screen shot).  This is only happening in our production environment - lower environments work fine.  Other types of pagelets in production on the same page do not have an issue. 

We also have an issue where we can't save favorites (see screen shot for this also).  This is not working in production and lower environments.

Any help would be most appreciated.
