Crystal Runtime Issues with BIPRNT00.

We are installing PEoplesoft 9.1 tools 8.51.13.  When we run the BIPRNT00 report we get an error, which I have tracked in Oracle to a Crystal Runtim fix 3.5.  We can not find this download on my Oracle Support nor can we get it from SAP as we do not have a customer number.

The issue is tracked in Oracle  Bug:12364170 - PT8.50 CRYSTAL INVOICE ERROR AT BIPRNT00, BIPRNT01, BIPRNT02

The issue caused by Crystal Reports 2008 software bug ADAPT01503419, fixed in Crystal Reports Redistributable Runtime SP3 Fixpack 3.5  (see below for details)

Development has replicated the problem and found that it can be resolved by applying the Crystal Reports 2008 Runtime Fixpack 3.5, available directly from SAP/Business Objects.
