Oracle Apps R12.1.3 - Workflow Builder 2.6.3.5 - Get More Information User

in Core Workflow - EBS (MOSC) Question
 Dear All,
Here I am explaining my issue on Request more Information notification.

Oracle workflow notification is sent to Approver(A) and then Approver(A) sent the same notification to another user(B) for more Information request.

Which post-notification function (I mean WF_ENGINE) i need to use to get USER(B) name in a variable?

Please help me.
