Not receiving email notification after upload credit card transaction

We are using EBS version 12.1.3

Usually the user will receive email notification after uploading the credit card transaction. But now they are not getting any notification somehow. I went into workflow mailer and did a test mailer. I am able to receive email through the test mailer. So, that means the mailer should be working fine. Will that be something in the credit card transaction itself? Attached is the sample email the user used to receive after uploading the transactions. Gurus, please advise. Thank you very much.
