Challenge questions: free text and random request

Hi,
regarding challenge questions for OIM 11g Release 2, we were asked if possible to:

1. Insert "free text" questions, decided by the user

2. Insert many challenge questions/answers, i.e. 10, and when using the "forgot password" feature you are requested for example only 3 questions, randomically, of the 10 inserted
