Unlock account without reset password

Hi,
this question is related to unlocking accounts with OIM 11g, Release 2.

Scenario: we have OIM connected to an Active Directory endpoint. When an account is locked on AD, we know that using the "forgot password" feature the account gets automatically unlocked. We were asked if possible to use the "challenge questions" feature to unlock the AD accont, without necessarily changing password (there should be for example a new link like "Unlock accounts" on the home page for OIM).
