OTL Related Workflow Notifications are going in Spanish instead of English

 Hi 
We have few users recievieing OTL notifications in Spanish instead of English.This is not specific to the Usrs in Spain but across globe few users are intermittently recieveing the notifications.

Please suggest what exactly needs to be verified to correct this.
