Disable Non-Catalog-Based Requests Type "Modify User Profile"

Hi, we are working on OIM 11gR2. On the Oracle Identity Self Service, in "my information" page when users change an attribute, on <Apply> oim sends an approval request.
We would like to change this behavior, that is on apply the change must be effective immediately without approvals.
It should work like change passwords or change Challenge Questions
