MERCHANDISERHIER_CORP FILE IS EMPTY AFTER RUNNING BATCH_ORPOS_EXTRACT.KSH.

Hi 

We are using the retail ERP version of 13.2.4. in that we are getting this below error 

"MERCHANDISERHIER_CORP FILE IS EMPTY AFTER RUNNING BATCH_ORPOS_EXTRACT.KSH". i have checked in support regarding this issue.. i founded this Doc ID 1450486.1. 

According to this doc they are suggesting to upgrade to RMS 13.2.5 but we are looking for alternate way apart from upgrade.  

Please help us.
