AR Invoices values not getting updated

 When we create AR invoices from sale Orders, Gross Amount,Tax and Discounts are not getting updated in AR. We are facing this problem quite frequently . Even though we have assigned the tax mappings properly .Some times even the Invoice Values are not getting updated in IL tables.

Please suggest , How to avoid this problem?
