(SEE UPDATE) VERR_ZIP_CORRUPTED error importing FSCMDB-85307-DI003.OVA into VirtualBox

 I am trying to set up a new Financials 9.2 demo environment using the latest available image from Oracle (9.2.003). When I try to import it into VirtualBox I get the following error:
Failed to import appliance C:\Temp\FSCMDB-85307-DI003.OVA. 
Could not create clone medium 'C:\Users\Me\Virtual Machines\FSCMDB-SES-853-07\FSCMDB-SES-853-07-disk4.vmdk'.
VMDK: Compressed image is corrupted 'C:\Temp\FSCMDB-SES-853-07-disk4.vmdk' (VERR_ZIP_CORRUPTED).
Result Code: VBOX_E_FILE_ERROR (0x80BB0004)

The combined OVA file matches the provided MD-5 and SHA-1 checksums and I've tried re-downloading everything again (and re-combining) and still get the import error. Has anyone been able to get the 9.2.003 demo image up and running?
