nVision Report Books stuck in Processing status

We are running into an issue where nVision Report Books (run on the Process Scheduler) get stuck and remain in a Processing status. The first few reports within the book run but then the Report Book gets stuck in Processing status. On the Process scheduler we see the PSNVS.exe Excel.exe processes running however, nothing happens.

The same reports have run perfectly well over the past couple of years and we have just started encountering this issue. We have not made an report or infrastructure changes.

We are running PeopleTools 8.51.13 and application version 8.9. The process scheduler is Windows 2008 R2. Excel version is 2010.
