Org chart view export to visio

I am on PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 bundle 9.When I tried to export the org chart view to Visio, I got this error "The MS Visio is not installed or not available now (1000,22406)
I was doing some research, I was told that in bundle 10 will fix this issue. I need to apply the fixes without getting all the bundle 10 changes. My company do not want to apply bundle 10 but will like to get the org chart view export to work.
Can someone email me the fixes if it's not too much changes?
