Receiving Inspection Accounting Event-Workflow

Dears,
We have an Accounting Requirement; is to customize the standard functionality of Oracle WorkFlow " Account Generator!!!", I know that it is not supported by Oracle.
What we need just to helps us to find the The workflow type handler of this accounting  Event " RECEIVING INSPECTION/ we got it while performing PO RECEIPT" which take the default account of "Purchasing Options" and the liability accounting from "Receiving Options"

Just which workflow item type is the handler of this Event "Receiving Inspection"
