User intermittently getting redirected to the login page by the Webgate 10.1.4.3

Current Architecture from what I came to know from the client:

A load balance in front of 12 apache servers (which have webgates). The webgates share a single profile.

Issue: Ever so randomly, user gets redirected to the login page when he clicks a link or refreshes the page.

On one of tests we were fortunate enough to get the series of events, this is what we noticed:

1) User A went to Server 1 and got logged in.
2) After 10 mins, he refreshed the page.
3) On refresh, he got redirected to the login page (through Server 2)

So my question is:
