PeopleSoft Help 9.2

Hi Users
In PeopleSoft version 9.1 when we were using the help, if we were on a screen we could see the help of that screen, but
also we could go home and do other search. for example:

Home > PeopleBooks > PeopleSoft Enterprise Billing 9.1 PeopleBoo> Understanding XML Publisher Invoices

But in PeopleSoft 9.2 we can see the help of certain page, but we can not look for other topic as before,
if we click help from home the following appear :  Personalizing Your Homepage.

is there a way we can see it as before and search any topic from home?
