Running nVision report with prompt on web

I'm exploring running nvision report with prompt on web with tools 8.51 and 8.53. After the no sucess run, the prompt fields didn't appear on page "Query Prompts", the back end record

PTNVSQRYPROMPTS doesn't have any row either as it suppose to. I searched MOS and didn't find any document on what might be the problem. Does anyone know where to look for the problem?
