TDS taxes to be end date and shouldnt be visible while invoicing

 Hi,
There are few TDS taxes which needs to be end date.
This is done by entering the end date at the AP setup of tax creation.
But while invoicing, stil these taxes appear in the distribution where TDs tax is applied with end date also.
The screen shot has been uploaded for better understanding of the issue.
