SES Round-Trip Test STEP 3: Crawl is not working.

Hello,
Our environment is HCM9.2 and PT8.53.01 . SES 11.1.2.2.0 on RHEL ES 5.5
I was able to successfully install SES and complete it's configuration as per PT installation guide.
However, we are facing a problem on SES Round-Trip Test STEP 3. The Crawl functionality is not working.
Even the deployed definitions can't be crawled/indexed properly though the process status / log on Process monitor shows that the indexing is successful.
There are following errors in the crawler log on SES server -
User = EQ_TEST
Source is "RNTRPTST_HCM92DMO"
URL table = EQ$URL
Secure Caching is ON
HTTP status code: 200
